达比加群酯治疗缺血性脑卒中的效果分析

摘要 目的探讨达比加群酯治疗缺血性脑卒中的临床效果。方法选取2013年1月~2014年10月在我院诊治的112例缺血性脑卒中患者,按照随机抽签原则分为治疗组与对照组,每组56例。对照组服用华法林治疗,治疗组服用达比加群酯治疗,两组同时给予尿激酶静脉滴注,均治疗4周。于治疗前后采用Glasgow昏迷量表(GCS)和神经功能缺损量表(SSS)评定两组患者的意识水平和神经功能缺损程度等临床特征,同时检测两组的血脂水平。结果治疗后,两组的GCS与SSS评分均显著低于治疗前(P〈0.05),且治疗组治疗后的GCS、SSS评分低于对照组(P〈0.05)。治疗前,两组的血清TG、TC值差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),治疗后两组均有所下降,治疗组下降幅度高于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论达比加群酯治疗缺血性脑卒中可促进血脂代谢正常化,改善临床症状,值得推广应用。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of dabigatran in the treatment of cerebral arterial thrombosis. Methods 112 patients with cerebral arterial thrombosis dmitted into our hospital from From January 2013 to October 2014 were selected,and they were equally divided into treatment group and the control group based on the principle of a random draw.The control group was taken warfarin therapy,treatment group was given dabigatran treatment.At the same time,two groups were given intravenous drip of urokinase and were treated for 4 weeks.Glasgow coma scale(GCS) and neurological function defect scale(SSS) was used to evaluate the level of consciousness and the degree of neurologi-cal impairment in two groups.Blood lipid levels in two groups was detected. Results After treatment,the GCS and SSS scores in two groups was significantly lower than before treatment (P〈0.05),while the GCS and SSS scores in treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group after treatment(P〈0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in serum TG and TC values between two groups(P〉0.05).After treatment,two groups were decreased,the serum TG and TC values in treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Dabiga-tran in the treatment of cerebral arterial thrombosis can promote the normalization of lipid metabolism and improve the clinical symptoms,it is worth popularization and application.
