芪苈强心胶囊治疗心功能不全的效果观察

Effect observation of Qiliqiangxin Capsule in the treatment of cardiac insufficiency

目的观察芪苈强心胶囊治疗心功能不全的临床效果。方法以本院2012年9月~2014年3月收治的70例心功能不全患者作为研究对象,采用随机对照法将患者分为观察组、对照组。对照组患者接受西医基础治疗和对症支持治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予芪苈强心胶囊。两组患者疗程均为2个月,治疗后,检测相关指标,比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的总有效率为91.67%,明显高于对照组的88.24%（P〈0.05）;两组均无其他明显不良反应。结论口服芪苈强心胶囊可有效改善患者的心功能,提高其生存质量。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Qiliqiangxin Capsule treating cardiac insufficiency. Methods From September 2012 to March 2014,70 patients with cardiac insufficiency treated in our hospital were selected as re-search objects and were divided into observation group and control group using randomized control method.Control group was given basic treatment of western medicine and symptomatic and supportive treatment,while observation group,on the basis of control group,Qiliqiangxin capsule was added.The course of treatment lasted two months.After therapy,the related indicators were tested and clinical effect between two groups was compared. Results The total effec-tive rate of observation group （91.67%） was obviously higher than that of control group （88.24%） （P〈0.05）;there was no other adverse reaction in two groups. Conclusion Oral administration of Qiliqiangxin Capsule can effectively improve cardiac function of patients and quality of life as well.
