摘要
劳动者的维权意识在很大程度上影响工资集体协商的实施过程以及最终的结果。将劳动者对工资集体协商认知程度作为维权意识的代理变量,采用有序Probit模型估计影响劳动者对工资集体协商认知程度因素并测度其边际影响。估计结果显示,随着劳动者受教育程度的提高、职位级别的提高,认知程度也随之加深,进一步采用分位数回归模型,以此测度不同劳动者群体的认知程度以及工资集体协商制度的工资效应。结果表明,劳动者认知程度的提高和工资集体协商制度的严格实施整体上对工资增长均有显著正效应。
The workers" rights consciousness to a great extent, affect the implementation process and the final result of salary collective consultation. By measuring cognition factors and its marginal effect of salary collective consultation, estimation results show that with the improvement of workers" education degree, enhancement of the position level, cognition also deepen. Further using the quantile regression model to measure different laborer groups" cognition and the wage effect of salary eoUective consultation system, the results show that the enhance of cognitive levels and strict implementation of salary collective consultation system have significant positive effect on growth of wages as a whole.
