摘要
目的:探讨职业认同感对新入职护士自主学习能力的影响,为改进在职继续教育教学培训方法,提高护士的自主学习能力提供依据。方法:采用基本信息问卷、护士自主学习能力问卷和护士职业认同感问卷对139名新入职护士进行调查。结果:139名新入职护士的自主学习能力中,学习动机得分最高,自我评价得分最低。职业认同感中有意义感得分最高,自我决定感得分最低。职业认同感中把握感、一致感、有意义感和自我效力感影响自主学习能力(P<0.01)。结论:新入职护士的职业认同感对其自主学习能力的提高有明显影响,护理管理者应当重视对新入职护士职业认同感的培养,采取恰当的教学方法促进新入职护士自主学习能力的提高,从而提高护士整体素质。
Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of professional identity on self-directed learning ability among newly inducted nurses for improving teaching method of continuing education and their learning ability. Methods: Questionnaires were used to investigate 139 newly inducted nurses about their conditions of self-directed learning ability and professional identity. Results: Among the questionnaires of self-directed learning ability, learning motivation was scored highest, while self-evaluation was lowest. Among the questionnaires of professional identity, meaningful sense was scored highest, while self-determination sense was lowest. Grasp sense, consistent sense, meaningful sense and self sense of effectiveness in professional identity were influential factors for self-directed learning ability (P〈0.01). Conclusion: Professional identity of newly inducted nurses has clear implications for improvement of their self-directed learning ability. Head nurses should adopt flexible teaching methods to promote self-directed learning ability of newly inducted nurses, so as to improve their overall quality.
