应用于城市轨道交通高架箱梁桥减振降噪的调液阻尼器控制仿真

Control Simulation of TLD in Rail Transit for Vibration and Noise Reduction on Box Girder Bridges

摘要 为研究调液阻尼器(TLD)在城市轨道交通高架箱梁桥减振降噪上的可行性,利用Matlab编制了随机轮轨力载荷谱。借助ANSYS和Virtual.lab软件的FEM/BEM联合仿真功能,对铺设有板式无砟轨道的简支箱梁桥在安装TLD前后的振动及噪声辐射特性进行了模拟分析。结果表明:TLD可以有效减小轨道交通高架箱梁桥的振动和整体噪声辐射,相同水量条件下,浅水TLD的减振降噪作用更好。安装TLD后,轨道中心线处桥面板的竖向位移和加速度幅值减小5%~15%,箱梁腹板的横向位移和加速度峰值可减小20%~40%,腹板附近噪声均值减小5dB。 In order to study the feasibility of TLD applied to the vibration and noise reduction on viaduct box girder bridges in rail transit. Matlab is used to formate a random wheel/rail force load spectrum. Then a simply - supported box girder bridge paved with ballastless track is simulated by using the method of FEM/BEM in ANSYS and Virtual. lab software, the simulation is analyzed t'or the vibration and noise radiation characteristics before and after the installation of TLD. Results show that TLD can effectively reduce the vibration and noise radiation, the influences of TLD on shallow water over vibra- tion and noise reduction are better than on deep water when the amount of water is the same. After the installation of TLD, vertical displacement and acceleration amplitudes of the track center at the bridge panel could reduce about 5% - 15%. while the transverse displacement and acceleration near the webs of box girder bridges could be reduced by 20% -40%, Moreover, the mean value of noise around the web can be reduced about 5dB.
