摘要
瓦斯爆炸是煤炭生产过程中具有严重危害的事故之一。造成瓦斯爆炸的原因,通风不合理、通风设施损坏等占有很大比例。本文分析了目前局部通风机运行情况以及存在的问题,说明了局部通风机与巷道瓦斯浓度之间的关系,并以PLC技术以及变频技术为基础,对井下局部通风机随瓦斯浓度自动调节系统进行了设计。文中介绍了系统可以完成的主要功能以及具体设计方案,详细说明了系统中设备的配置以及瓦斯传感器的安装位置,并设计了系统运行的主控制部分软件流程图。
Gas explosion is one of the accidents with serious harm in coal production due to unreasonable ventila‐tion and ventilation facilities damage .By analysis of the current situation and problems of local fan operation ,the paper illustrates the relationship between the local fan and gas concentration in roadway ,and introduces an auto‐matic dispatching system of underground local fan with gas concentration based on PLC and variable frequency technology ,including its main functions ,the specific design scheme ,the configuration of the devices ,the installa‐tion location of gas sensor ,and the software flowchart of the main control part of the system .
