摘要
为解决大跨度切巷特厚软弱顶板的支护问题,以雁崖煤矿8301工作面切巷为研究对象,利用理论分析和工业性试验手段,分析了该类顶板破坏机理及控制技术,得到以下主要结论:1巷道顶板下沉量随着其跨度呈4次函数增加,软弱岩体弹性模量的降低也加速了巷道顶板的下沉;2"重减跨-强护表-建整体"的支护理念是解决大跨度切巷特厚软弱顶板稳定性问题的关键;3实践表明,上述理念具有良好的工程应用价值,8301工作面切巷成形全过程中,顶板最大沉降量为32.4mm,保证了巷道的安全生产。
To solve the problem of supporting for thick and weak roof in large span cutting roadway ,taking the 8301 working face of Yanya Colliery as the research object ,the paper analyzes the roof failure mechanism and control technology by theoretical analysis and industrial test means and get the following main conclusions :first‐ly ,the subsidence of roadway roof increases 4 function with the increase of its span and the decrease of elastic modulus of soft rock also increased the subsidence of the roadway roof ;secondly ,support idea of "Emphasis on reducing span ,strengthen surface support and establish whole system"is the key to solve the problem of stability roof for thick and weak roof in large span cutting roadway ;thirdly ,the practice shows that the above supporting idea has good engineering application value ,and the maximum settlement of the roof is 32 .4 mm in the whole process of cutting roadway in 8301 working face ,which ensures the safety production of roadway .
