摘要 自教育部2012年颁布《幼儿园教师专业标准(试行)》以来,尚缺乏对这一政策文本评价的实证研究。本研究运用问卷法、ROST特定文献相似度检验法对中国10省市共1306名幼教工作者对这一专业标准的62条"基本要求"的评价进行了研究,结果发现幼教工作者对这些"基本要求"的"具体性""可评价性"的评分相对较低,对其"实践指导价值"的评分相对较高,并在园所性质、城乡区域以及教龄等方面存在显著差异。因此,在今后的修订中应注意每一项"基本要求"的具体性与可评价性;应尊重教师专业发展不同阶段的差异性,推出适合不同教师发展阶段要求的专业标准;应基于我国民族众多的事实补充尊重各地方民族文化的相关条目。 This study used the method of the questionnaire, interview and ROST specitic document similarity test to survey the evaluation of more than 1300 early childhood education workers on the 62 basic items of the text of "Kindergarten Teachers' Professional Standards". The results showed that the scores of two dimensions (specific and evaluation) were relatively low while the score of the dimension (value of practical guidance) is relatively high, which were affected by the nature and area of kindergartens and teachers' ages at the same time. In the future, we should make each item more clearly, respect teachers' special professional development requirements and add new items to comply with different local ethnic cultures.
