摘要
在幼儿园课程实施中,教师首先应是中介者,能鼓励儿童参与教学活动,帮助幼儿获得新知,习得学习策略;教师其次应是记录者,能够记录课程情景下幼儿的行为与发展变化,展现幼儿成长的过程;教师还应是唤醒者,能够激发孩子对新知的渴慕、对美善事物的向往、对自我成长的追求。
Teachers often play important roles in the practice of kindergarten curriculum. As mediators, teachers should help children acquire new knowledge and learn new strategies. As recorders, teachers should record children's behavior and performance during the education practice. At last, teachers should urge children to long for good and beautiful things and growth of self.
