不同医保类型“脑出血”患者住院费用对比分析

Comparative Analysis on Hospitalization Expenses for Cerebral Hemorrhage in Different Medical Insurances

目的通过对"脑出血"异地医保与上海城镇职工医疗保险住院费用的对比分析,探讨两种支付方式之间的差异及影响因素。方法采用定性与定量相结合的研究方法,住院费用比较采用正态t检验,分类资料比较采用χ2检验。结果异地医保与上海城镇职工医疗保险患者住院费用之间,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论患者的负担形式、住院天数、年龄以及转归影响了"脑出血"患者的住院费用。

Objective：To explore the differences and influencing factors between two kinds of payments with com-parative analysis on the hospitalization expenses for cerebral hemorrhage covered in medical insurance of other places and the medical insurance for Shanghai workers. Method：Qualitative and quantitative research methods were employed. Normal t test was used on hospitalization expenses andχ2 test was used on classified information. Result：There is statistical signifi-cance（P〈0. 05） in the differences of the two kinds of medical insurance coverages. Conclusion：The influencing factors on hospitalization expenses of cerebral hemorrhage patients lie in the way of payment,days of hospitalization,patients’ a-ges and the disease development.
