品管圈在ICU人工气道护理管理中的实践

Practice of Quality Control Cycle in Nursing Management of ICU Artificial Airway

目的探讨品管圈活动在ICU人工气道护理管理中的实践效果。方法选取实施品管圈活动前、后在ICU病房建立人工气道的患者各90例作为对照组和观察组,比较两组患者的人工气道不良反应及并发症的发生率。结果实施品管圈活动后,人工气道不良反应及并发症的发生率明显下降,患者及家属对护理工作满意度提高。结论品管圈工作模式有利于ICU人工气道护理质量管理的持续改进,能够提高护士的综合素质,值得在临床护理中推广应用。

Objective：To study the practical effect of quality control circle activities in ICU artificial airway nursing management. Method：90 cases of ICU artificial airway are divided into control group and observation group for the com- parison of adverse reaction and complication incidence. Result：There is a dramatic decline in adverse reaction and compli- cation incidence after launching quality control circle activity, and the satisfaction with the nursing from patients and their family members increases. Conclusion： The work mode of quality control circle is beneficial to the continuous improvement in nursing quality management of ICU cases of artificial airway and the comprehensive qualities of the nurses, which is worth popularization and application in clinical nursing.
