混凝土泵车再制造性评价与信息管理支持系统的设计及应用

摘要 针对目前混凝土泵车再制造性评价及再制造设计信息、工艺信息等的管理缺乏实用方法和工具的问题,开发了基于Web的混凝土泵车再制造评价与信息管理支持系统。该系统主要由混凝土泵车再制造成本评估、再制造过程资源环境属性评估和再制造信息管理三个功能模块以及相应的模型库组成。能够从混凝土泵车再制造技术性、经济性、资源环境属性三方面对混凝土泵车再制造性进行分析,并为混凝土泵车再制造提供设计方案、工艺方案等信息的支持,辅助混凝土泵车再制造的实施。通过在某混凝土泵车再制造企业的实际应用,验证了该系统的可行性。 Aiming at problems of lacking practical methods and tools for evaluation of concrete pump truck remanufacturability and information management such as remanufacturing design and process, concrete pump truck remanufacturability evaluation and information management support system was developed. The system is mainly consisted of the three function modules and related model databases including estimation of concrete pump truck remanufacturing cost, assessment of remanufacturing process re- source environment property and remannfacturing information management. The remanufacturability of concrete pump truck can be analyzed under the concrete pump truck remanufacturing technology, economy, resources and environment properties, and provides information support such as remanufacturing design scheme and process scheme for concrete pump truck, which are helpful for implement of remanufacture of concrete pump truck. Feasibility of the system was verified by applying this system in a concrete pump remanufacturing company.
