摘要
为了解决绿篱苗木修剪机承载车的悬架对绿篱修剪作业造成的修剪误差及稳定性问题,设计了带有支撑轮的承载机构,利用Pro/Engineer软件、ADAMS软件联合仿真方法建立绿篱苗木修剪机承载车的整车模型,并针对承载车悬架锁死、仅有悬架作用以及悬架和安装带支撑轮承载机构同时作用三种情况进行整车运动学仿真。研究结果表明,带有支撑轮的承载机构改善了修剪机工作性能,为修剪机承载车的研发提供了依据。
To solve the error and stability issue caused by hedge trimmers carrying vehicle suspension while trimming operations, designe a loading mechanism which is with support wheels. Using of Pro/ Engineer, ADAMS co-simulation method to establish hedge trimmers model, and in the three cases (the carrying vehicle suspension lock, only suspension working and with a support- ing role) installing wheel bearing kinematics simulation of vehicle bodies. The result is ,carrying mechanism with support wheels improves performance of hedge trimmer. It provides the basis for the development of hedge trimmers vehicle.
