考虑排放约束的汽车动力传动系的优化匹配研究

摘要 基于GT-drive软件建立汽车整车仿真模型,并利用多目标优化设计软件mode FRONTIER与GT-drive软件联合构建汽车动力性、燃油经济性的双目标优化模型,在此基础上兼顾排放约束对某中级乘用车的动力传动系进行优化匹配,得到一组关于各挡速比与主减速比的Pareto解集(多目标规则问题的有效解)。根据研究车型的具体设计选取合适的解进行分析,结果表明:优化后的汽车在动力性、经济性和排放性能方面均得到了不同程度的改善。 Build an accurate model of the vehicle based on GT-drive, and a combined dual-objective optimization model about ve- hicle dynamic performance and fuel economy is established with modeFRONTIER and GT-drive. The model was used to optimize the powertrain of an intermediate car with added constraint of its emission behavior. After optimization, a set of pareto optimal solutions are obtained. According to the specific requirement of the car model studied, one of the solutions is selected as the optimi- zation result. The comparison result shows that the vehicle dynamic performance,fuel economy and emissions performance are obviously after optimization.
