摘要 提出一种只需在装配模式下按人机输入对话框提示进行新参数的输入、更新槽轮机构的三维参数化建模方法。首先利用PROE软件建立槽轮机构各零件参数化三维模型,然后在装配模式下利用PROE软件二次开发语言PROE/PROGRAM编程建立人机输入对话框,并实现从槽轮机构装配模型向其零件模型传递参数,控制零件的形状和尺寸。该方法既操作简单方便,又直观,为槽轮机构的设计提供了一种新思路,同时为其他机构的设计开发提供了参考。 A method of parameterized modeling for geneva mechanism was proposed only in assembly mode by inputting new pa- rameters and updating according to the prompt of the man-machine dialog window. Firstly,the part parameterized models of gene- va mechanism wei'e modeled by software PROE. The next, a simple man-machine dialog window was built by PROE/PROGRAM which was a secondary development program language of PROE. Finally, the parameters of geneva mechanism were transferred from the assembly to the parts to control the size and shape of the parts. The method not only was simple and convenient, but also was visual. It provided an advice for geneva mechanism and other mechanism design.
