具有CVD纳米TiN摩擦面的汽车同步环制造工艺研究

摘要 同步环是重载汽车变速箱中的关键零件,可以有效减少汽车换挡过程的振动、冲击和噪声,有效提升汽车操控的稳定性和安全性,并能够降低油耗。同步器是利用同步环摩擦副实现动力传递,从而实现汽车的换挡。应用化学气相沉积技术在钢基同步环表面沉积纳米Ti N合金镀层,是一种新的同步环制造工艺。同步环摩擦副的性能直接关系到变速器的可靠性、安全性和使用寿命。 Synchronous ring is the key parts of the overloading car gearbox, it can effectively reduce the vibration in the vehicle shift process, shock and noise, improve vehicle handling stability and safety, and can reduce fuel consumption. Synchronizer syn- chronizing ring friction pair is used so as to realize the shift of auto power transfer, application of chemical deposition technique, nano TiN is smeared on the surface of synchronous ring,it is a kind of new synchronous ring manufacturing technology. The per- formance of the synchronization ring friction pair is directly related to the transmission reliability, security and longevity.
