摘要
反应釜的传统清洗方式为人工清洗和化学清洗,人工清洗难度大,化学清洗污染大,为此,研制了以高压柱塞泵机组、三维旋转喷头和机械清洗调节装置为主要组成部分的反应釜三维机械清洗装置,开展反应釜水射流机械清洗的试验研究。试验表明,反应釜水射流机械清洗方法具有环保、高效的特点。
The traditional cleaning way for reactor is manual cleaning and chemical cleaning. The difficulty of manual cleaning is very high, and the chemical cleaning is contaminated. One 3 D mechanical water jetting equipment is designed, which include high pressure plunger pump,3D rotary jetting head and mechanical cleaning regnlator. The reactor cleaning test using high pressure water jetting show that it is environmental and efficient.
