文章分析了新媒体时代高校学生党员可持续发展能力培养的必要性,从基础要素、关键要素、拓展要素三个方面探析了新媒体时代高校学生党员可持续发展能力的构成要素,并进一步提出了新媒体时代高校学生党员可持续发展能力培养的具体路径。

This paper tries to explore the necessity of cultivating the sustainable development ability of CPC members among col-lege stqtdents of the new media age. The components of the sustainable development ability of the CPC member among collegestudents in this new media age are analyzed from the following three aspects： the basic elements, the key elements and the de-velopment elements. Then specific ways are put forward to cultivate the sustainable development ability of the CPC member a-mong college students in this new media age.
