摘要
高职专业基础课在人才培养中起重要作用,但教学现状堪忧,究其原因,在于其教学生态各要素间已失衡,改进和创新其教学生态的原则应遵循开放性、适应性、整体性、过程性、多样性和共生性等原则,构建起开放的生态教学环境,适应职业需求,整合和优化课程体系,注重生态认知教学,采用多样的生态教学方法,实现师生共生相长。
Basic courses in specialty of higher vocational education play an important role in cultivating talents, but the teaching present situation is not good, the reason is that, the elements between teaching ecological imbalance, improvement and innovation of the teaching environment should follow the principle of openness, adaptability, the whole process, the diversity and symbiosis principle, to create an open ecological teaching environment, to adapt to the needs of occupation, the integration and optimization of the curriculum system, pay attention to ecological cognition teaching, adopt various teaching methods to realize their ecology,to achieve long symbiosis between teachers and students.
