Surgical treatment of renal cell carcinoma with cancer embolus in the inferior vena cava

摘要 本文旨在总结肾细胞癌伴下腔静脉癌栓的手术治疗方法,通过系统介绍该症概况,根据基础理论及笔者多年临床工作经验,总结出伴多种级别下腔静脉癌栓的肾细胞癌手术治疗经验及技巧,分析各步骤处理原则、要点;从开放手术及腔镜下手术两方面分析手术的适应证及可行性。我院近1年内采用开放手术及腔镜下手术成功治疗肾细胞癌伴下腔静脉癌栓患者18例,各患者术后恢复良好,预后尚佳。因此,采用手术方式治疗肾细胞癌伴下腔静脉癌栓是可行并有效的,值得推广。 The review aimed to introduce the method on surgical treatment of renal cell carcinoma with cancer embolus in the inferior vena cava. With systematical introduction of the disease, we concluded the surgical skills and analyzed the principles especially key points of each steps in the procedure according to the basic theory and the author＇s years of clinical experience summed up with multiple levels of cancer embolus in the inferior vena cava in renal cell carcinoma. Besides, we discussed the indications and feasibility both in the open surgery and endoscopic surgery. In the past one year, our hospital had completed 18 cases. All the patients had good recovery. Thus, surgical treatment is worth popularizing for it is feasible and effective for renal cell carcinoma with inferior vena eava tumor thrombus.
