摘要 以绣球菌为试验材料,通过对绣球菌菌丝菌落直径、菌丝生长速率和菌丝生长指数等指标的比较,研究了9种碳源对绣球菌菌丝生长的影响。结果表明,以可溶性淀粉为碳源时,菌丝生长速度最快,为1.34 mm/d,以乳糖为碳源时,菌丝洁白、浓密。综合分析,菌丝生长的最适碳源为可溶性淀粉,其次为葡萄糖和麦芽糖。 To study the effects of nine carbon sources on the mycelia growth ofSparassis crispa, Sparassis crispa as the tested ma- terials, the paper compared the colony diameter, mycelia growth rate and mycelia growth index among the various processing. The results showed that the hypha had the fastest growth of 1.34 mm/d, when the soluble starch was carbon sources; the hypha was more whiter and denser than others, when the lactose was carbon sources. Comprehensive analysis, the first good sources for hypha was soluble starch, second was lactose and maltose form many different perspectives.
