我国传统玉米主食研究现状与展望

Research status and prospect on traditional staple corn in China

综述了近几年我国传统玉米主食面条、馒头、饺子的研究状况,并分析了发展中存在的问题,提出了相关建议,以期为我国玉米主食进一步开发及工业化生产提供参考。

The research status in recent years on Chinese traditional staple corn with noodles, steamed buns and dumplings were reviewed. The problems existed were analyzed and the measures for improving were put forward to provide the reference for further development and industrial production for the staple corn.
