摘要
为提高发酵玉米黄粉蛋白饲料中可溶性蛋白质的转化率,选用农业部许可使用的8种发酵饲料微生物为初始菌株,以蛋白酶活力为指标,通过液体发酵实验筛选出共生良好且产蛋白酶活力高的5种配伍菌株。并通过正交实验确定5种菌株的比例在热带假丝酵母菌∶纳豆芽孢杆菌∶嗜热乳酸杆菌∶地衣芽孢杆菌∶枯草芽孢杆菌为3∶2∶4∶3∶1时的蛋白酶活力最高。将此比例配伍菌株用于固体发酵玉米黄粉,发酵后干基中的可溶性蛋白质质量分数达13.3%,较发酵前的3.2%提高了315.6%。
In order to improve the percent conversion of soluble protein in corn gluten meal by solid state fermentation, 8 kinds of micro-organism which were permitted by Ministry of Agriculture for fermentation were selected for initial strains, the protease activity were regarded as the index,through liquid fermentation,5 compatibility strains were screened which were well symbiosis and the protease producted had highest activity. The optimal proportion of stains were ascertained by orthogonal ex- periment as: Candida tropicalis : Bacillus natto : Lactobacillus thermophilus: Bacillus licheni formis ; Bacillus subtilis = 3 : 2: 4 : 3 : 1. This proportion of stains were used for solid state fermentation with corn gluten. After fermentation, the solu- ble protein content of dry basis reached 13.3%, compared with before(3.2%), the soluble protein content had inceased by 315.6%.
