摘要
为了考察饲料中淀粉含量测定方法的准确性,配制6种不同比例的淀粉与纤维素组成的样品,分别采用酸解法、蒽酮比色法和酶解法测定样品中淀粉含量,以研究样品纤维水平对测定淀粉含量准确性的影响。结果表明:在有纤维的条件下,酶解法测定淀粉含量比酸解法和蒽酮比色法更准确,说明该方法更适合测定饲料中淀粉的含量。
This experiment was designed to investigate the accuracy of the determination method of starch content in feed. 6 kinds of samples of different proportion of starch and cellulose were prepared, and the starch content was determined by acid hydrolysis, anthrone colorimetric and enzymatic hydrolysis method, respectively. The effect of fiber levels on the accuracy of the starch content was studied. The results showed that under the condition of fiber, enzymatic hydrolysis method was more accurate than acid hydrolysis and anthrone colorimetric method, indicating that the method is more suitable for the determina- tion of the content of starch in feed.
