摘要
采用系统仿真软件AMESim,通过构建冷氦气瓶放气过程中的内、外侧换热模型及气瓶金属壁径向导热模型,数值研究了冷氦气瓶放气过程中的压力、温度特性,并采用冷氦增压系统的低温试验数据开展了仿真模型的有效性验证,得到了以下结论:所提出的计算模型相比绝热放气模型更能反映实际的放气过程,尤其对于放气过程的末期,绝热放气模型的气瓶内介质温度已远远偏离真实过程,而当前模型则很好的与试验数据相一致。
Adopted the system simulation software AMESim, the convective and conduction heat transfer models of the inner wall and the outer wall during the discharge process of cold helium cylinder were constructed. Based on the models, the pressure and temperature characteristics were studied numerically, and the models' validation was validated by the cryogenic experimental data of cold helium pressurization system. Results indicate that the models can reflect the actual discharge process compared with the adiabatic discharge model. Especially, at the terminal stage of discharge process, the gas temperature of the adiabatic dis- charge model is far from the actual temperature, however, the current model is consistent with the experimental data.
