摘要
研究1053有机硅浸渍漆改性酚醛树脂。通过建立正交试验对其制备工艺的最佳合成方法进行了探讨,得到最佳工艺为:酚醛物质的量比为1:1.7,有机硅用量25 mL,时间为180min,温度为80℃;各种因素的影响程度依次为反应时间、苯酚/甲醛比值、反应温度及有机硅用量。根据TGA热失重分析其热稳定性。结果表明,用1053有机硅浸渍漆对酚醛树脂进行改性较未改性的酚醛树脂热分解温度达到了525℃,在氮气中820℃烧蚀残炭率达到70%。
This paper is concerned with the synthesis of 1053 silicone varnish modified phenolic resins. The orthogonal tests for optimal preparation process of silicone-modified phenolic resins were discussed, and the best process was as follows: P / F (tool) of 1: 1.7, silicone of 25 ml, reaction time of180 min, reaction temperature of 80qC. The influence extent of various factors was followed in sequence by the reaction time, the phenol/formaldehyde ratio, the reaction temperature and the siliconeamount. According to TGA test the thermal stability results showed that the silicone modified phenolic resin was more stable than the unmodified phenolic resin.The decomposition temperature was significantly increased, reaching 525 ℃and the carbon ablation rate at 820℃ in nitrogen reached 70%.
