摘要
从研究机制砂粒型的表征方式入手,介绍了机制砂粒型系数的建模及计算方法,测试了不同粒型机制砂颗粒的粒型系数,研究了不同粒型机制砂对混凝土性能的影响。试验结果表明,利用粒型系数来表征的机制砂粒型特征与肉眼观察到的机制砂粒型特征相一致;随着机制砂粒型系数的增大,机制砂混凝土的坍落度和强度降低,电通量和早期开裂面积增大。通过控制机制砂的粒型系数可以指导机制砂厂家改进生产工艺,生产出粒型较好的机制砂,同时也可以指导混凝土生产企业选用粒型较好的机制砂产品,改善机制砂混凝土的性能。
In this article,we study from the characterization methods of manufactured-sand's grain type,introduce the modeling and calculation methods of the manufactured-sand's grain type factor, and do research on different grain type factor impacting on the performance of manufactured sand concrete. The results showed that using grain type factor to characterize the grain type is consistent with the visually observed characteristics of the grain type. With the grain type factor's increasing, the concrete's slump and strength decrease,and the electric flux and early cracking area increase. Grain type factor can be used to guide manufacturers to improve the technology to produce sands with better grain type,also it can guide concrete producers to select good sands with good grain type, in order to improve the performance of manufactured sand concrete.
