新型相变储能试板的制备与性能实验研究 被引量:7

摘要 采用毛细管封装十水硫酸钠相变材料,与石膏结合制备了相变储能试板,研究了相变储能试板的储热性能。实验结果表明,毛细管封装相变材料简单可靠,没有出现泄漏现象。与纯石膏试板相比,毛细管储能试板最高温度降低8.4℃,最低温度提高3.0℃,温度响应时间延迟8.5 min。毛细管管径越小,试板储热性能越好。相变储能试板的储热性能随着相变材料含量的增加而提高,但随着相变材料含量的增加,试板储热性能提高的幅度有所减缓。 A new phase change wallboard,which is encapsulated phase change materials with capillary,is produced with gyp- sum. The thermal performance of wallboard is investigated experimentally. The results show that phase change materials encapsulat- ed with capillary is simple and reliable,and there is no leakage phenomenon. Compared with ordinary plasterboard specimen,the highest temperature and the lowest temperature of the energy storage wallboard reduce 8.4℃ and improve 3.0 ℃, respectively. The temperature response time of energy storage wallboard delays about 8.5 minutes. The smaller of capillary diameter,the better of the wallboard's thermal performance. The thermal performance of wallboard is enhanced with the increase of content of phase change materials. But the performance improvement of heat storage reduces with the inerease of phase change material.
