摘要
无机轻集料保温板作为一种新型的无机墙体保温材料,除了性能需满足用户要求外,还需要关注其在地域气候环境下使用时的强度稳定性。通过在实验室模拟长期湿热环境,对水泥和水玻璃2种胶结材料体系的无机保温板素板的力学强度稳定性进行了比较,并与室外长期放置的试样进行对比验证。结果表明:实验室100℃水煮2 h模拟试验能够反映无机保温板的长期耐湿热性能;水泥基无机轻集料保温板在湿热条件下的强度保留率要高于水玻璃基保温板;在无机保温板中添加有机改性剂能提高板材的耐湿热性能。
Inorganic light aggregate insulation board is a new type of inorganic heat preservation material for wall, its proper- ties should meet the customer's requirements, in addition,its strength stability when using under regional climate environment shall be focused on. Through laboratory simulation of hot and humid conditions and actual hot and humid outdoor conditions test,the re- search compared the mechanical strength stability between two kinds of inorganic insulation board of cement and sodium silicate cementing system in hot and humid conditions. The results show that 100 ℃ immersion simulation experiment in laboratory for 2 hours can reflect the long-term hot and humid resistance property of the inorganic insulation board,the strength retention of ce- ment base inorganic light aggregate insulation board is higher than sodium silicate one, organic modifier can improve the hot and humid resistance of the boards.
