摘要
利用废弃秸秆制备城市绿化砖,研究基料配比、含水率、压力与压时对绿化砖性能的影响,以期实现资源的循环利用,达到美化城市环境的目的。结果表明:当小麦秸秆、玉米秸秆、黄土的质量比为4∶6∶90,含水率为20%,压时为24 h并加大压能时,绿化砖性能最佳,最大干密度可达1.50 g/cm3。
According to the concept of waste recycling, this research used waste straws to produce green brick and evaluate the influence of four factors material ratio,moisture content,pressure and pressure time on the properties of green brick in order to achieve the recycling of resources and to beauty the city environment. The results showed that when the quality percentage of wheat straw,corn straw and loess is 4:6:90,the percentage of moisture content is 20% and pressure time is 24 hour under enlarg- ing pressure,green brick obtained the best property with maximum dry density of 1.50 g/cm^3.
