摘要
ETFE薄膜作为一种新型建筑材料,因其良好的光学和机械性能,正得到越来越广泛的使用,而气枕作为ETFE建筑膜材使用的最常见形式,也大量出现于各类建筑物的屋面或立面中。但由于ETFE气枕形态的特殊性——即组成气枕的上、下层ETFE具有一定弧度,在其作为建筑屋面使用时,必须考虑其失效产生积水的可能性。总结了3类预防或控制积水的方法,一是在初期进行建筑选型时,对气枕的角度、弧度进行特殊设计,使其即使失效也不会发生积水;二是对气枕进行特殊的构造设计,在其失效时,可将积水顺利排走;三是对气枕的积水量进行细致分析,使积水量在可控范围内,不会对膜材或气枕下部支撑结构产生危害。
As a new type of building material,ETFE film has been used more and more widely because of its excellent optical and mechanical properties. Multi-layer ETFE cushion,the most common form for the architectural ETFE application,appears in all kinds of buildings as roof and facade. Rain-water ponding could be happen when the roof cushion is deflated due to the special shape of the ETFE cushion, i.e. the ETFE films which consist of the cushion are curved. For preventing or controlling the water ponding,one is to find a certain pitch or curvature for the cushions at the concept design stage. The second is to consider a special structural or mechanical measure, thus the rain-water could be drain away even the ETFE cushion was failed. The third consideration is analyzing the amount of the water ponding, to make the ponding water amount under control,i.e, the ponding water cannot endanger the film material or the lower supporting structure of the cushion.
