摘要
以上海市4家医院社工部为例,研究目前上海市医院社工部发展现状,针对缺少专业社会工作者、认同度低、人员编制及晋升机制不完善的问题,提出加快医院社工部专业医务社工培养、提高认同度、完善医院社工部人员编制及晋升机制的建议,为上海市医院社工部发展提供参考依据。
This paper try to analyze the current strategy in the Shanghai hospital social work department, and put forward to the expectations of the professional development of shanghai hospital social work department. This study found that currently, many hospitals have set up the social work department, but the impact of the professional development of social work department of the hospital has many factors. Such as social work department lack of professional social workers, the hospital social work department~ identities is low, the hospital social work department~ finan- cing mechanism not established, hospital ministry personnel and promotion mechanism imperfect. This paper wants to speed up the hospital social work professional medical social worker training and administrative framework to support improving hospital social work identity, perfect hospital social workers'personnel and promotion mechanism to speed up the social work department of Shanghai hospital professional development of the steps.
