摘要
利用PC1D软件仿真分析n+pp+型单晶硅太阳能电池铝背场和电池厚度对电池性能的影响。通过建立电池模型和参数模型,仿真结果显示,有铝背场的太阳能电池获得了更高的填充因子和转换效率。电池厚度越小,铝背场对电池的输出特性影响越大,当厚度为125μm时,电池获得了最大的转换效率。
The PC1D was used to simulate the influence of Al-BSF and solar thickness on electrical properties of n+pp+structural mono-crystalline silicon solar cells.By establishing models for the structure and parameters of solar cells,simulation results show that solar cells with the Al-BSF structure can gain obvious fill factor and conversion efficiency.The smaller the solar thickness is,the bigger of the effect of Al-BSF works on the electrical properties,when the solar thickness is 125μm,the solar cells can get the biggest conversion efficiency.
