摘要
分离得到一株可产生红色素的真菌,序列分析显示该真菌的18S rDNA与黑曲霉菌(Aspergillus niger)的重叠群序列An03c0110、An03c0100的一致性达到100%,因此将此真菌初步鉴定为黑曲霉菌。通过分析红色素特征吸光度的变化,研究了温度、p H变化对色素稳定的影响,结果显示该色素在温度10-100℃,pH 5-9条件下保持稳定。
A strain of red pigments producing fungus was isolated in this research. 18 S rDNA sequence analysis revealed homology 100% identities with Aspergillus niger contig An03c0110 and Aspergillus niger contig An03c0100, so this fungus was identifyed as an Aspergillus niger strain. The stability of this red pigments under different temprature and pH were studied by analyzing its specific abosorbance. The red pigments were stable under the condition of 10-100 ℃ and pH 5.0-9.0.
