摘要
为研究植物生理特性和叶片温度之间的关系,设计了精度高、便携式的叶温测量仪,该叶温测量仪的传感器选用光纤荧光式温度传感器,并设计专用夹具,实现了对叶片温度信息的采集;设计了信号调理电路,实现了对采集的叶片温度信息转换、存储、显示等。仪器标定试验结果表明,在0-70℃范围内,仪器的最大示值误差为0.32℃,线性度小于0.4%,分辩力为0.01℃,灵敏度为0.018 V/℃。
In order to study the relationship between plant physiological traits and leaf temperature,a leaf temperature measuring instrument of high precision and portable was developed. The fluorescence optical temperature sensor was used,and with the special fixture,the leaf temperature information was acquired;With the designed signal processing circuit,the temperature signal was converted, saved or displayed. The instrument was calibrated, with the result was as followed: in the range of 0 to 70 ℃,the biggest error value was 0.32 ℃,the linearity is less than 0.4%,the resolution was 0.01 ℃ and the sensitivity was 0.018 V / ℃.
