摘要
农民合作社引入职业经理人是促进农民合作社进一步发展的必然要求,但需要克服的困难在于如何在两者初步融合的基础上,实现运营模式的长期性和稳定性。对于农民合作社而言,构建两者间的融合协调与约束机制,有利于消除或降低双方之间的信息不对称程度,增强双方之间的相互信任关系。农民合作社引入职业经理人应建立科学的教育机制、透明的选拔程序、完善的激励制度、严格的管理机制。
The introduction of occupation managers of farmer cooperatives is an inevitable requirement for promoting it's further development, but the problem is how to overcome the difficulty based on two preliminary fusions, achieve the longterm validity and stability of operation mode. The farmer cooperatives, constructed between the two mechanisms for coordination and constraints fusion could help eliminate or reduce the degree of information asymmetry and increase mutual trust between the two parties. Therefore, it is suggested to establish the education mechanism, the scientific construction of transparent selection process, perfect the stimulation mechanism and strict management mechanism.
