摘要
阐明了新生代农民工职业培训的相关理论;从行业分布多元化、受教育程度较高、性别比例趋于平衡三个方面阐释了新生代农民工的新特点;基于调查数据构建回归分析模型,从校企合作的角度指出了新生代农民工职业培训信息获取难、管理混乱、内容针对性差的问题;最后针对这些问题提出了发挥校企主导力量、强化校企合作运行机制、完善校企合作保障机制的对策。
The paper discussed some theories of new migrant workers' vocational training; stated some new features of new migrant workers in three ways pointed, including diverse industry distribution, high level education and balanced sex rate.Based on a regression analysis model, the paper discussed some problems of new migrant workers' vocational training, such as difficulties of gaining training information, management confusion and lack of pertinence.In the end, related suggestions such as playing leading power, strengthening operation mechanism and perfect guarantee system were put forward.
