重庆奉节基地烟叶质量评价与分析

Quality Evaluation and Analyses of Tobacco in Fengjie Tobacco Production Base of Chongqing City

研究了重庆奉节基地2014年烟叶质量状况,并对比分析了2012、2013与2014年烟叶外观质量和化学成分的差异。结果表明,2014年烟叶的颜色偏淡,柠檬黄烟叶及上部杂色烟叶比例较高,部分烟叶成熟度略欠、烟叶组织结构偏紧密;不同乡镇间吐祥、金子镇的烟叶质量较好,风格较为接近;2014年烟叶的外观质量较2012、2013年明显降低,烟叶化学成分中钾含量增多,烟碱含量降低,烟叶燃烧性改善的同时,烟叶劲头降低明显。

The tobacco quality status in 2014 in Fengjie tobacco production base of Chongqing city was stuied, and the dif- ferences of tobacco appearance quality and chemical composition in 2012, 2013 and 2014 were compared. Results showed that tobacco color in 2014 was pale, lemon tobacco leaves and upper mottled tobacco ratio was relatively high, the maturity of part tobacco was slightly, and the organizational structure of partial tobacco was close; the tobacco quality of Taihe town and Jinzi town was good, and the style was more close; the tobacco appearance quality in 2014 was significantly reduced compared with 2012 and 2013, and potassium content of tobacco leaves were increased, nicotine content reduced, combus- tion improved, the tobacco strength decreased obviously at the same time.
