宜城市农村土地流转调查与研究

Investigation and Study on Rural Land Trasfer in Yicheng City

在发展现代农业的背景下,对湖北省宜城市农村土地流转状况进行了调查研究。结果表明,宜城市农村土地流转还存在农户土地流转意愿不强烈、土地流转政策保障难、农户土地流转认知不足和政府土地流转政策支持不够等问题,对此提出了相应的发展建议,以期为保障宜城市农村土地流转高效、有序开展提供参考。

Under the background of developing modern agriculture, the status of rural land circulation in Yicheng city was investigated. The results showed that, the farmer in Yicheng city had weak demand and little knowledge for rural land cir- culation, the policies could barely protect the farmers, and the government lacked of policy support, etc.. Therefore, some suggestions were put forward, in order to provide reference for rural and urban land circulation, and make it efficient and ordered.
