丹参酮治疗多囊卵巢综合征高雄激素血症的临床效果观察

Clinical effects of tanshinone on polycystic ovary syndrome patients with hyperandrogenism

目的观察丹参酮治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)合并高雄激素血症的临床效果。方法 48例多囊卵巢综合征合并高雄激素血症患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组24例。观察组给予丹参酮胶囊1.0 g/次,3次/d口服,对照组给予丹参酮安慰剂1.0 g/次,3次/d口服,两组疗程均为3个月。比较两组患者治疗前后的月经周期、体重指数、腰臀比、睾酮水平以及糖、脂代谢指标的变化。结果对照组与观察组治疗前月经周期、体重指数、腰臀比、睾酮及空腹血糖、空腹血胰岛素、糖化血红蛋白、血脂水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组总胆固醇、甘油三酯水平低于对照组(P<0.05),高密度脂蛋白水平高于对照组(P<0.05),外周血睾酮水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论丹参酮可以降低PCOS患者的睾酮水平,改善脂代谢指标。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of tanshinone on polycystic ovary syndrome（ PCOS） complicated with hyperandrogenism.Methods Forty-eight PCOS patients complicated with hyperandrogenism were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table,with 24 cases in each group.Observation group was given oral tanshinone capsule （1.0 g per time） three times a day for three months,while control group was given oral tanshinone placebo（ 1.0 g per time） three times a day for three months.The changes in menstrual cycle,body mass index（BMI）,waist-hip ratio,androgen level and glucolipid metabolism before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the menstrual cycle,BMI,waist-hip ratio,androgen level,fasting blood glucose level,fasting blood insulin level,glycosylated hemoglobin level or blood lipid level between control group and observation group（P 〉0.05）.After treatment,observation group achieved lower TC and TG levels,higher HDL level and lower peripheral blood androgen level compared with control group （P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Tanshinone could decrease the level of androgen and improve the index of lipid metabolism among PCOS patients.
