摘要
随着城市的发展,城市建设用地的迅速扩张,人们对城市景观要求的提高,使得城市内湖等水体不再承担调蓄功能,而旧城合流区人口密度大,排水管网老化,管网改造难度大,往往成为渍水重灾区。以武汉市黄孝河排水系统为例,针对黄孝河系统存在的渍水问题,分析了渍水原因,从全蓄、全排以及排蓄结合的角度提出比选方案,最终确定了基于排蓄结合、近中远期相衔接的优化改造方案。
With the development of cities, improvement of the urban landscape requirements serve the function of storage, while the confluence the rapid expansion of urban construction land and the make the urban lakes and other water bodies no longer areas of old cities tend to become severely waterlogged areas due to high population density, aged drainage networks and difficult network transformation. For the waterlogging problems, taking the Huangxiaohe drainage system in Wuhan for example, the waterlogging reasons were analyzed. The solution schemes of full water storage, full water discharge and combination of water drainage and storage were proposed. The optimal solution scheme based on the combination of water drainage and storage and the short-term, medium-term and long-term plans was determined.
