摘要 分析了传统一体化净水器斜管易堵塞弊端和反冲洗缺陷,并进行了相应的改进研究。首先,将一体化净水器的沉淀装置改为下层小间距斜板加上层斜管的双层沉淀装置,它能有效增加沉淀面积,克服下层斜管频繁堵塞的问题;其次,在无阀滤池的虹吸破坏管顶端及进水管末端分别设置放气阀及进水控制阀,通过出水浊度及虹吸下降管中水流流量分别控制两个阀门的启闭,既能避免由于积气等问题导致的频繁冲洗,又能解决反冲洗时进水不间断,水源浪费问题,实现反冲洗自动识别;此外,在无阀滤池反冲洗出水管管口加设可旋转式阻砂及砂水分离器,有效避免反冲洗时滤料流失。新型一体化净水器比传统净水器体积更小,智能化程度更高,在相同处理能力下,反冲洗水量及滤料流失更少,制水成本更低。 conventional int The defects of blockage in inclined tube settling tank and fault of backwashing system in egrated water purifier were analyzed, and the corresponding improvement was made. Firstly, the tube settler of water purifier was modified by installing the inclined plate at the lower area and the inclined tube at the higher area, and it could effectively increase the settling area and solve the problem of frequent blockage in the lower inclined tube. Secondly, a bleeder valve and a water inlet control valve were fixed respectively at the top of valveless filter siphon damage pipe and at the end of the water inlet pipe, the opening and closing of the two valves were respectively controlled by the water turbidity and siphon falling pipe flow. This modification made the backwashing system realize automatic recognition which could avoid frequent flushing caused by pneumatosis and other problems and prevent continuous feeding in backwashing to save water. In addition, a rotational resistance desander was installed at orifice of backwash water outlet pipe to avoid the loss of filter materials during backwashing. The new integrated water purifier is smaller and smarter than the traditional one, and under the same treatment capacity, less backwash water is used and less filter materials is run off, thereby the water production cost is lower.
