Application of Automatic Air Lift System to Desilting in Intake Head of Waterworks

绍兴市曹娥江水厂源水取自曹娥江,取水头部淤积严重,传统清淤方式存在劳动强度大、效果差、效率低和作业危险等问题。经过两年多来的多次试验,自主设计了自动气升提泥装置,取得了很好的清淤效果,从根本上保证了水厂的取水安全。

Shaoxing Caoejiang Waterworks takes Caoejiang water as source water, and its intake head was deposited seriously. Traditional desilting way has high labor intensity, poor effect, low efficien- cy and operation risk. After multiple tests in two years, the automatic air lift system was designed, and good result was achieved, which ensured the security of water intake.
