Optimized Reconstruction and Operation of Coking Wastewater Treatment Engineering

摘要 邯郸市某焦化厂配套废水处理站将原来的厌氧/缺氧/好氧(A/A/O)工艺改造为缺氧/好氧(A/O)工艺,通过合理设计工艺参数并加强管理,改造后废水处理系统运行稳定。监测结果表明,对COD平均去除率为94.7%、NH_3-N平均去除率为97.0%,出水水质达到《炼焦化学工业污染物排放标准》(GB 16171—2012)的间接排放标准。 The original anaerobic/anoxic/aerobic process (A/A/O) was converted to an anoxic/ aerobic process (A/O) in the auxiliary wastewater treatment station of a coking plant in Handan. Through the reasonable design of the process parameters and strengthening the management, the reconstructed wastewater treatment system had stable operation. The monitoring results indicated that the average removal rates of COD and NH3 - N were 94.7% and 97.0% , respectively. The effluent quality met the indirect discharge criteria specified in the Emission Standard of Pollutants for Coking Chemical Industry (GB 16171-2012).
