超滤-反渗透用于电镀废水改造工程实践

Application of Ultrafiltration and Reverse Osmosis to Reconstruction Project Practice of Electroplating Wastewater

摘要 河南某特种材料公司电镀废水处理站存在调节池沉泥多、絮凝反应池折流效果不理想、滤池活性炭易流失、系统出水重金属离子浓度不能稳定达标等问题。为进一步提高出水水质,将原有处理设施进行改造并新增超滤-反渗透膜处理工艺,使升级改造后排放的废水水质达到《电镀污染物排放标准》(GB 21900—2008)表3中水污染物特别排放限值要求。 There were some problems in electroplating wastewater treatment station of a special materials company in Henan Province, such as too much sediment in the equalization tank, unsatisfactory baffling effect of the flocculation reaction tank, easy loss of the activated carbon of filter and substandard concentration of heavy metal ions of the system effluent. In order to improve the effluent quality, the original treatment facilities were reconstructed, and uhrafiltration-reverse osmosis membrane treatment process was added. After the reconstruction, the discharged wastewater quality could meet the requirements in table 3 of the Emission Standard of Pollutants for Electroplating (GB 21900 -2008 ).
