摘要 研究证实，EB病毒（EBV）感染与传染性单核细胞增多症、X染色体相关的淋巴增生综合征、移植后淋巴细胞增殖性疾病、Burkitts淋巴瘤、霍奇金病、结外NK／T细胞淋巴瘤鼻型、鼻咽癌等疾病的发生、发展密切相关。2003年Oyama等”。报道了22例60岁以上不存在免疫缺陷的EBV阳性B细胞淋巴系统增殖性疾病患者，提示这类疾病与年龄所致的免疫系统功能退化相关。
