摘要
印染废水具有水量大、有机污染物含量高、碱性大、水质变化大等特点,属难处理的工业废水。随着园区内废水排放量的不断增加,ZH印染废水一期集中处理工程经过多年运行,已达不到预期处理效果,亟需进行升级改造。二期工程采用物化+生化组合+深度处理为核心的组合处理工艺,出水水质可达到《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 4287—2012)的一级标准。
Printing and dyeing wastewater is one of refractory industrial wastewater due to its large wastewater volume, high content of organic pollutants, high alkalinity and changeable wastewater quality. Along with the increasing wastewater discharge quantity, the first-phase centralized treatment project of ZH printing and dyeing wastewater after operation for many years could not reach the expected effect, and the process needed for upgrading and reconstruction. The second-phase project used the combined process of physicochemical treatment, biochemical treatment and advanced treatment. The effluent quality met the first grade criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Dyeing and Fin- ishing of Textile Industry (GB 4287 -2012).
