摘要
科技创新是我国资源型地区实现经济转型的关键驱动要素。以资源型经济转型发展为目标,构建区域科技创新能力评价体系,并以2007—2013年面板数据为基础,主要运用因子分析法,通过纵向和横向分析,从科技创新基础、投入、产出和效益4个方面对山西省科技创新能力进行实证评价,探讨山西省在资源型经济转型中科技创新发展现状,并进一步提出相应的对策建议。
S＆T is a critical factor driving economic transformation in resource- reliant regions of China. Evaluation index system of regional S＆T innovation capability for resource- reliant economy’ s transformation is constructed. Then,based on relative data from 2007 to 2013,the regional S＆T innovation capability of Shanxi Province is evaluated from the aspects of foundation,input,output and benefit of S＆T innovation through longitudinal and horizontal analysis mainly by factor analysis method. Furthermore,the development status of regional S＆T innovation of Shanxi Province is discussed,and some suggestions are provided accordingly.
