Relationship between Organization from the Perspective of Industrial Symbiosis and Model Research Evolution of Organization and Management

基于组织间关系的视角,研讨工业共生组织管理的演进脉络与发展创新,认为工业共生组织的研究对象从组织内部逐渐外溢于组织之间,并使组织间的关系愈发带有科层环境色彩。同时,工业共生组织的演进模式呈现出了点-点、点-链、点-网以及多网络相互交织的超网络特征。组织间关系的管理手段在演变过程中形成了以政府宏观调控为导向,以科层法规为保证,以组织间共生识别、共生构建、共生维护、共生优化为协调的集成管理模式,并且组织间关系嵌入方式更趋知识性。在梳理工业共生组织管理的演进与创新的基础上构建工业共生组织间管理的理论模型,并对模型各要素进行必要阐述。

Based on the perspective of inter- organizational relationships,the paper studies the route of development and evolution of the industrial symbiosis’ organization and management,and puts forward the idea that the research object of organization symbiosis has gradually extended from inner organization to inter- organization,which increasingly made the inter- organization relationships carry the feature of environmental constraints. Meanwhile,industrial symbiosis model shows the evolution of the organization as dot to dot,dot to chain,dot to network and the feature of super network. Inter- organizational relations management tools in the evolution process have formed a format of government macro- control- oriented and bureaucratic regulations to develop an integrated management mode consisting of inter- organizational symbiotic identification,symbiotic construction,symbiotic maintenance and symbiotic optimization,and make the embedded way of inter-organizational relationship more knowledge- oriented. This paper reviews the basis of evolution and innovation of the organization and management of industrial symbiosis,constructs a theoretical model of industrial symbiosis between the organization and management of the various elements,and elaborates these elements.
