Quality and safety system construction in Hanjiang-to-Weihe River Water Diversion Project

引汉济渭工程目前正在实施的秦岭输水隧洞(越岭段)全长81.8 km,最大埋深达2 012 m。其施工安全、施工质量是工程建设管控的首要问题。从安全质量管理体系、管理亮点以及工程安全质量现状等方面阐述通过全过程的控制,处于受控状态的工程安全质量管理的实践。

Qinling water conveyance tunnel of Hanjiang-to-Weihe River Water Diversion Project is 81.8km in length and the maximum depth reaches to 2012m , which makes the construction safety and quality be the first problem for construction control. This paper states the quality management practices which makes the construction quality and safety controlled by the whole process control including several aspects： quality management system, management highlight and status of quality and safety.
